D2 Logistics is a privately held, asset-based motor carrier headquartered in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Since 2012 we have grown a disciplined drayage and regional trucking operation anchored by our own equipment, our own drivers, and a 6-acre yard minutes from the terminals.
We own our tractors and chassis rather than brokering freight, which gives shippers reliable capacity and gives partners a straightforward, asset-backed business. Growth is funded conservatively and reinvested into equipment, technology, and the yard. We welcome conversations with strategic partners and capital providers who share a long-term view.
